Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong manufacturing leadership experience is advantageous.
• BS degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new parts and processes into full-scale production environments
• Collaborate with technicians to set up molds and troubleshoot rubber injection molding processes
• Develop and optimize process parameters and techniques to establish SOPs for product lines
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production line issues
• Drive product line reliability while achieving cost savings through scrap reduction initiatives
• Mentor, coach, and train a team of process technicians to enhance their technical capabilities
