Job summary

Plasticade in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Site Manager for our rubber manufacturing plant. You will lead a cross-functional team across production, engineering, quality, warehouse and maintenance to align on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. The role requires Lean/CI expertise, system implementation, and workforce planning with HR to drive KPI improvements and plant performance. You will manage the site budget, promote continuous improvement, and support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in site or plant leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience improving batch manufacturing processes and applying Lean/CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team across production, engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned to company values.
• Own plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQCDM).
• Manage the site budget and EBITDA-focused cost-saving initiatives.
• Resolve waste, downtime, and throughput issues to meet KPI targets.
