Job summary

Arclin seeks a Plant Manager II for the Cleveland, OH facility to lead safety, operations, and performance across rubber and dispersants manufacturing. The role ensures safe operations, lowest possible cost, and on-time delivery while meeting product specs and reducing variability.

Reports to the Director of Manufacturing and drives operational excellence, talent development, and adherence to World Class Leadership principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in an Operations or Plant Management role.
• Experience in chemical, rubber, polymer, or specialty chemicals manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS, production, maintenance, engineering, quality, HR, and other plant functions.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet demand, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
