Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related business major.
• Interest and passion for exploring a potential career in Procurement.
• Experience from at least one previous internship or other work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with a hands-on attitude.

What you´ll do

Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24‑month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in the program, you will:

• Procurement Cohort – gather experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services supporting all Henkel business units
• Show our full potential in day‑to‑day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
• Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
• Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and through peer exchange

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
