Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment and maintaining assets.
• Willingness to meet outdoor work and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advance PBM culture through daily actions and decision-making.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with rotating equipment.
• Lead reliability projects from identification to implementation and commissioning.
• Provide reliability expertise in the design and upgrade of assets.
• Monitor performance to predict failures and leverage wireless tech.
• Develop strategies to improve plant reliability and equipment performance.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to eliminate recurring failures.
• Oversee scope of work for outages and turnarounds, ensuring QA/QC.
