Lead Room Attendant, Lodge Kohler

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Awareness of all standard operating procedures in compliance with the standards set in each venue to inspect the assigned hotel wing and adjoining areas.
• Consistent with methods of inspection, knowing the exact quality and placement of each item in the guest rooms, proper bed-making technique, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Responsible for the proper communication of essential information between housekeeping staff and Housekeeping Coordinators.
• Maintains constant communication with the housekeeping office attendant and Coordinator to ensure that all requests are carried out.
• Perform Housekeeper duties as needed.
• Fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures and proper guest emergency assistance procedures.
• Sets the example for all other hotel associates regarding quality, timeliness, consistency, and personalized service that exceeds expectations of all work performed.

This is a full-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends, primarily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar position.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and work location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
