Lead Room Attendant, Lodge Kohler

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:

Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Inspect assigned hotel wings and adjoining areas following standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards.
  2. Know the exact quality and placement of items in guest rooms, proper bed-making, and cleaning techniques.
  3. Communicate essential information effectively between housekeeping staff and coordinators.
  4. Coordinate with the housekeeping office to ensure all requests are fulfilled.
  5. Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
  6. Be knowledgeable of fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
  7. Set an example for quality, timeliness, consistency, and personalized service.

This is a full-time position, primarily working weekdays and weekends from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, understanding).
  • Previous housekeeping or similar experience.
  • Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
