Job summary

Above Roofing is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to lead on roofing projects and mentor junior techs. The role requires at least 3 years of pitched shingle roofing experience and a willingness to coordinate emergency repairs, some evenings or weekends.

You will document work with photos and manage CRM updates, while keeping tools and trucks organized. The position offers paid training, benefits, and room for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of roofing experience required.
• Lead a team and help others develop roofing skills.
• Available for emergency repairs; some on-call evenings/weekends.
• Work with minimal supervision and maintain safety standards.
• Take progress photos and upload to CompanyCam.
• Update CRM to close out repair projects.
• Maintain organized truck and warehouse; handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow the Repair Supervisor's schedule and communicate issues.
• Document work with before/after photos and upload to CompanyCam.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment, truck, and warehouse.
