Job summary

PAX Services Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee roofing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise crews across TPO, metal, and PVC systems, coordinate with subcontractors and project managers, and monitor budgets to keep projects on track and within client specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of construction safety standards, and the ability to travel to multiple sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or supervisor in roofing/construction.
• Expertise in TPO, metal, and PVC roofing installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing operations across TPO, metal, and PVC installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain schedules.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety, and progress against milestones.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in budget and schedule development.
