The Roofing Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Coos Bay, OR, leading roofing crews on commercial and residential projects. You will organize and assign work, oversee installation and repairs of steep-pitch and low-slope roofs, and enforce safety standards and building codes.

Read plans, coordinate materials and equipment, monitor progress and quality, and communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients.

Qualificações

• Strong supervisory skills and on-site safety oversight.
• Experience reading plans and coordinating roofing projects.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsabilidades
