CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman in Omaha, NE to lead a crew of 5 to 8 and work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management.

This role requires roofing experience, safety focus, and availability for year-round work. Competitive wages range from $25 to $35 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends/holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 on field applications.
• Work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Handle paperwork, time sheets, and ensure CentiMark Safety Policies are followed.
