Flynn Group of Companies in Spokane, WA is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman to lead repairs and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. You will supervise a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and manage safety and documentation through our mobile app.

Excellent customer communication and on-site leadership are essential. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in commercial roofing, a valid driver’s license, strong team leadership, and the ability to inspect roofs to determine root causes of issues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 7-year driving record.
• Leadership, delegation, time management, and training abilities.
• Ability to inspect roofs to identify root causes of leaks or damage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.).
• Lead, train, and delegate tasks to your crew.
• Inspect leaks, damage, and determine correct repair process.
• Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures, wear PPE at all times.
• On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients and provide recommendations.
