Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in St. George, UT is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roofing projects. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and supervise installation of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC).

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in commercial flat-roofing and prior Foreman or supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience installing commercial flat-roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, and others)
• Foreman or similar supervisor position in roofing
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with installation of roofing components and detail work

Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing systems (fully-adhered/mechanically fastened single-ply membranes)
• Supervise and direct field crew to meet production goals
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain quality installation on projects
• Complete required documentation and safety trainings
• Follow safety standards and ensure site compliance
