Job summary

Royalty Roofing USA is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to supervise crews on commercial PVC membrane roof projects. You will install, repair, and oversee PVC systems while ensuring safety and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include reading plans, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets. Strong leadership and communication are essential; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Extensive PVC membrane roofing installation experience (heat welding, flashing, penetrations).
• Knowledge of reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with OSHA roofing safety regulations and practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects.
• Install and oversee PVC membrane roofing installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks.
