Job summary

Royalty Roofing USA seeks a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead the crew on site in Colorado Springs. You will manage daily safety, oversee roofing membrane installation (PVC/TPO), and ensure quality while coordinating with the Ops Manager. Travel is mandatory and per diem/travel pay are provided.

Compensation is an hourly rate with performance-based bonuses, reflecting experience and job scope. The role requires hands-on leadership, timely communication, and adherence to safety standards on

• Minimum experience as a foreman in commercial roofing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily safety of the team.
• Install roofing membrane (PVC/TPO).
• Review daily quality of work and train where needed.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on onsite issues.
• Update systems to track job progress.
• Travel is mandatory.
• Per diem for overnight stays; travel time paid both ways.
• Hourly pay plus bonus based on performance.

Commercial Roofing Foreman

• Manage daily safety of the team
• Installation of the roofing membrane, PVC/TPO
• Review daily the quality of work performed by team members and train in any areas that need improvement
• Work daily with Operations Manager on any issues onsite
• Update systems to communicate the progress of the job
• Travel is mandatory for this role
• Per diem paid for overnight stays and travel time is paid both ways to job site
• Pay of $30-$40 per hour with bonus eligibility on the jobs based on performance
