ARAC Roof It Forward is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Project Manager to oversee residential roof replacement projects from start to finish. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work, excellent customer service, and strict adherence to safety and standards.

You will act as the primary field representative between homeowners, crews, suppliers, and the office, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential roofing, construction management, or roofing inspections preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the project.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with installation crews.
• Perform quality control inspections during construction.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and corrections.
• Complete a detailed Project Manager Checklist for each project.
• Upload photos, documentation, and reports after project completion.
