Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt paving and heavy civil construction.
• Must read blueprints and site specs.
• Safety minded with punctual attendance.
• Willing to work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paver and screed per plan and specs.
• Ensure proper compaction and smooth finish.
• Maintain and service equipment.
• Escort dump trucks and coordinate with crew.
• Travel to multiple job sites.
• Support crew with additional tasks as needed.
