Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering.
- Seven years of software engineering experience in robotic automation systems.
- Three+ years in a leadership role managing and guiding teams.
- Experience leading the development and integration of large automation and robotics projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering execution team focusing on robot software requirements.
- Mentor software engineers and foster a collaborative growth environment.
- Develop comprehensive software specifications and system designs.
- Support field installation, startup, and run-off of large automation systems.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and manufacturing teams to align software strategies.
- Assist with quoting by estimating software labor costs and proposals.
