Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Forestdale, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and coordinate patient care with a focus on quality and collaboration.

The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant and effective care delivery within a compassionate, Southern hospitality-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Alabama or MSL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction
• Supervise and develop a team of registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant and effective care delivery
• Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines
• Foster open communication between departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
