Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of approved RN program.
• Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Previous supervisory/management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure sufficient nursing staffing levels to deliver quality care.
• Coordinate with staff scheduler on attendance and disciplinary actions.
• Develop shift assignments and monitor performance.
• Train new employees and participate in ongoing training.
• Communicate with DON and other departments on resident needs.
• Participate in care planning and documentation for residents.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Lead on-call rotation and 24-hour unit responsibility.
