Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Delphi, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a care team and provide direct clinical care.

You will supervise direct care staff, ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly, and support care planning from admission to discharge. CPR certification and an active RN license required; competitive Thrive benefits and weekly pay included.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are administered, documented, and care plans developed.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and inform charge nurse/physician of changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
