Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Associate’s Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
• Valid Michigan Registered Nurse License.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Two Years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise McLaren Bay Region staff in patient-related clinical activities.
• Discipline staff according to Medical Center procedures and assign work.
• Coordinate patient placement with input from Admitting, Managers, and Physicians.
• Assess, prioritize, and allocate resources based on care standards and staffing matrices.
• Maintain timely, concise, and professional communication.
