Job summary

Care Pavilion Health in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure residents receive high‑quality care in line with individualized care plans and state regulations.

You will oversee assignments, mentor new hires, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care plans and respond to emergencies with timely interventions.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN license in PA.
CPR certification required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the nursing staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care according to care plans and state regulations.
Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Respond to emergencies and medical situations with timely interventions.
Perform other job-related duties as needed.
