Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in State of the facility.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred; 1 year RN experience in any setting is required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Leadership experience as charge RN or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage census and staffing based on patient acuity.
• Lead shift for admissions and discharges; ensure smooth transitions.
• Ensure patient safety, compliance with policies, and quality care.
• Coordinate physician orders and diagnostic information; document care.
• Provide mentoring and training as needed; supervise staff as assigned.
