Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership ability and willingness to supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Current RN licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission, discharge, transfer documentation and file in resident charts.
• Prepare/administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents and coordinate transportation when needed.
• Provide professional nursing services including dressing changes, catheterization, tube feeding, suction, specimen collection, end-of-life care as per policy.
