Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing.
• Conduct rounds to ensure nursing protocols and standards are met.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
• Participate in facility surveys and ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor and support nursing staff.
