The ideal candidate will lead unit-based education, mentor staff, support onboarding, and drive evidence-based practice in a high-acuity setting. BSN and RN licensure in NC are required.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required.
• Minimum of two years RN experience.
• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Postpartum, Mother/Baby, Women's Services, Labor & Delivery, NICU, or related maternal-newborn specialties preferred.
• Experience leading educational, quality, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

• Partner with unit leadership to promote regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Support implementation of new technology and serve as a super-user for clinical information systems.
• Participate in shared governance, committees, and departmental initiatives.
• Monitor unit quality metrics and assist with performance improvement efforts.
• Contribute to strategic planning and innovation initiatives that advance nursing practice.
