The Grove Post Acute in Woodland, CA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and provide total nursing care to residents, in compliance with California regulations. This direct resident care role emphasizes quality of care, program development for staff education, accurate medical records, and collaborative teamwork in a warm, community-centered environment.

Candidates should have an RN license in CA, an associate or bachelor's degree, and BLS/CPR certification; generous

Competenze

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Valid BLS/CPR Certification.

Mansioni

Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible.
Supervises nursing unit, scheduling and directing the nursing staff to the extent permitted by state practice act.
Participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote the recruitment, retention, development, and continuing education of nursing staff members.
Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the team member's specific capabilities and qualifications.
Assures that nursing personnel follow established nursing procedures and company policies.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
