The Blossoms at Mountain View is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert nursing care and lead our nursing team. You will coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: pain management and IV skills.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Coordinate with nursing team and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Counsel and discharge planning support using available resources.
• Adjust care plans based on changing resident needs.
