Job summary

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or multi-state licensure.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• OCN certification within two years of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with CNM/Regional Director to plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care in the clinic.
• Coordinate unit activities and assign work to nurses and pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure patient education is completed prior to initiation of new medication.
• Maintain incident and adverse event reports.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development; manage schedules and coverage.
