Responsibilities

• Promotes care management and quality initiatives; ensures safety and infection control.
• Provides triage and consultations per protocol and organization guidelines.
• Assesses patient status, plans care, and prioritizes based on needs.
• Assists physicians with procedures and supports patient education.
• Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
