Qualifications

• BSN required within 4 years or 15 years acute care experience.
• Current Montana RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direct patient care on their shift and coordinate staffing.
• Respond to patient emergencies as charge or lead for disasters.
• Communicate census, staffing, admissions and discharges with the oncoming Charge Nurse.
• Support unit management with productivity, staffing and timekeeping.
• Float to other departments within scope of competency when needed; may be on-call.
