Brush Hill Care Center in Massachusetts is seeking RN or LPN candidates for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles to provide direct nursing care and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants.

The team adheres to federal/state guidelines, with leadership from the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care. CPR certification and an active state license are required, with LTAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as RN or LPN.
• Ability to read/write/speak English proficiently.
• Ability to make independent nursing decisions per regulations.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities for residents and supervise aides.
• Plan shift services and activities with staff and support personnel.
• Administer medications and document care and responses as required.
• Maintain accurate charts and reports, including physician orders.
• Ensure privacy and safety in care delivery and confidentiality.
