Job summary

BRYANT HEALTH AND REHAB is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in short term rehabilitation and long‑term care settings. Under the Director of Nursing, you will develop individualized care plans, supervise nursing staff, and manage daily unit operations with a leadership role as needed.

The role requires an active RN license in the appropriate state, graduation from an approved nursing program, and strong assessment and nursing principle knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license for the state where practicing.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Strong physical assessment skills and nursing principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in orientation and supervision of Nursing personnel.
• Lead daily operations of the unit and coordinate care per shift.
• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans and lead in a leadership role as needed.
