Horizon Behavioral Health in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse for the Crisis Receiving Center. You will provide onsite leadership to nursing staff, deliver patient care as needed, and collaborate on treatment planning and crisis intervention services.

The role includes supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; duties include scheduling, recruitment, and training. BSN preferred with 4 years RN experience, including a year in leadership.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and a licensed RN in Virginia or multi-state license.
• BSN preferred.
• Four years of RN experience, including at least one year of supervisory/lead nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite leadership to the nursing staff at the Crisis Receiving Center and patient care as needed.
• Collaborate with CRC teams for treatment planning and crisis intervention services.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; assist with staffing, recruitment, and training/education.
• Willingness to travel and work modified schedules as required.
