Qualifications

• Active CPR certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises one shift and shares 24-hour responsibility for nursing personnel.
• Recruitment and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Participates in staff training, meetings, and policy development.
• Assists in development and implementation of care plans and policies.
