VitalCore Health Strategies in Georgetown, DE seeks a Full-Time Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for Sussex Community Corrections Center. The RN provides quality nursing care within scope of practice, ensures patient safety, and acts as leader to promote best practices in the facility.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, active RN licensure in Delaware, CPR certification, knowledge of state regulations, and completion of clinical competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Direct or supervise nursing staff and prepare patients for examinations.
