Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of outpatient/inpatient clinical practice.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Knowledge of whole blood collection and apheresis procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to other RNs and clinical staff.
• Trains and validates all clinical staff for compliance.
• Oversees a team of clinical staff in a multidisciplinary environment.
