Amedisys Home Health in Canton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse with clinical leadership to join our home health team as a clinical manager. This full-time daytime role requires an active RN license and at least one year of home health and management experience, with responsibilities spanning staff guidance, patient care quality, and program coordination.
We offer competitive pay of $85,000 to $95,000, comprehensive health plans, PTO, retirement benefits, and ongoing professional development
Qualificações
- Current RN license in the state assigned.
- One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
- One year of RN management experience.
- CPR certification is required.
Responsabilidades
- Recommend employment decisions for staff to the director of operations.
- Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
- Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
- Reviews requests for services and determines patient eligibility for home care.
- Oversees scheduling and payor verification/precertification.
- Ensures documentation is complete and timely.
- Assist with developing Plan of Care and goals with clinicians.
- May provide direct patient care during emergencies.
- Participate in on-call process and staff training.
