Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend staff employment decisions to the director of operations.
• Ensure quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organize clinical operations for the care center.
• Assess patient eligibility for home care and coordinate referrals.
• Oversee scheduling and payor verification requirements.
• Supervise documentation and ensure timely records.
• Help establish Plan of Care and collaborate with clinicians.
• Conduct on-call participation and staff training.
