Qualifications

Education: Degree from an accredited college or university's professional nursing program; must possess current RN license in good standing for the applicable state and current CPR Certification.
Experience: Two to five years nursing experience, with one year in addictions, mental health, or related specialty. BSN or Addiction/Psych certification serves as 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day functions and staffing of medical staff in collaboration with Nurse Manager and Program Leadership.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting standards.
Education, training, and mentoring nursing staff.
Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect.
Complete initial nursing assessments and document within 8 hours of admission.
