You will collaborate with the Nurse Manager, coordinate staffing, monitor documentation and regulatory compliance, mentor nurses, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, 3+ years nursing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing for the applicable state.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
