Job summary

Oakwood Village University Woods in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Assisted Living and Memory Care to provide and coordinate health monitoring and nursing services for residents.

The role reports to the Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care and requires leadership of CNAs, regimen management, DHS 83 compliance, and collaboration with physicians to support resident wellness and independence. Flexibility for on‑call shifts and weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
• Experience caring for geriatric individuals is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Willingness to learn state and federal regulations affecting resident care.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the delivery of quality nursing services.
• Assesses and monitors resident symptoms, updates MDs, and documents care plans.
• Provides training to CNAs/Resident Assistants on medication administration and care tasks.
• Maintains records and ensures DHS 83 compliance and QA processes.
