Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN or related healthcare degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate safe patient-centered care during shift.
• Facilitate, precept, and mentor staff to grow professionally.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with departments.
• Ensure compliance with KH standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership in planning, coordinating, and evaluating unit operations.
• Assist with staff coaching and performance feedback.
