Job summary

Goldwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to directly provide nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants across shifts. The RN will lead charge planning, file required documentation, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards.

A 12-hour shift pattern is required, with leadership responsibilities across the unit. The role requires an active RN license in good standing and the ability to coordinate care in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating shift activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing tasks and supervise nursing assistants.
• Complete and file admission/discharge records and physician orders.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy of resident care information.
• Provide IV care and monitor safety of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
