Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager, Risk Operations Technology Programs in the United States. You will lead a high-performing team of Engineering Program Managers, shape risk-technology strategy, and partner with Risk Eng and Product to roll out scalable infrastructure. Qualifications

• 5+ years managing program managers who lead complex technical programs.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering across the lifecycle.
• Ability to clarify architecture, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive alignment on Risk Operations’ technical strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally to set and execute the technical roadmap.
• Coach and develop engineering program managers and foster a strong team culture.
• Occasionally drive the most critical technical programs directly.
• Evolve team structure and roles to meet Stripe’s evolving needs.
• Uphold Stripe’s user-centric philosophy and transparent, inclusive culture.
