Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer – RF Engineer to lead multidisciplinary hardware systems through concept, design, testing, and deployment. You will drive RF communications links, antenna design, and hardware integration with cross-functional teams to deliver mission capabilities.

The role is onsite in Aurora, CO, with up to 25% travel; active TS/SCI clearance is required for day-one eligibility. Expect to shape complex RF systems across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of RF engineering experience.
• Experience leading RF links, antenna systems, and RF hardware.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead system analysis, integration, verification, and troubleshooting in lab and field environments.
• Perform RF trade studies for communications links and antenna systems.
• Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams and customers.
