Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, is hiring an RF Systems Engineer to support aperture and RF engineering work. The role spans concept through fielding with emphasis on RF links, antenna design, and system functionality.

This on-site position is located in Aurora, CO, with travel up to ~25% to CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will contribute across architecture, design, integration, testing, and depot repair, working with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining system specifications and data.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using engineering tools for data analysis and automation (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in lab and field environments.
• Assist program activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective action activities.
• Prepare and present engineering results through reports and briefings.
• Maintain engineering specifications, diagrams, and database records.
