Job summary

HP IQ is seeking a Lead RF Systems & Desense Engineer to own the RF system architecture from concept through mass production for wearables and smart devices. You will drive RF integration across Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB and NFC, optimize performance, and guide cross-functional teams including antenna, EE, FW, ME and silicon vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in RF systems, strong CST/ADS experience, and proven leadership in RF design and validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in RF systems for high-volume consumer electronics, wearables or mobile products.
• Deep expertise in RF desense analysis and mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of RF coexistence mechanisms and mitigation techniques.
• Expert understanding of Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, UWB and NFC.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF system architecture and integration for wearable and mobile platforms.
• Own RF desense investigations and mitigation across the product lifecycle.
• Define RF specs, link budgets, validation plans and performance targets.
• Lead coexistence strategy for multiple radios and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and establish RF design guidelines for leadership review.
