The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years in RF/E3 engineering, with proficiency in RF design, testing, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of RF/E3 engineering experience.
• Proficiency in RF/E3 design and testing techniques.
• Understanding RF/E3 modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) analysis.
• Compile an Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Integration Analysis Report (E3IAR).
• Compile an Electromagnetic Interference Control Plan (EMICP).
• Compile Electromagnetic Interference Test Plan (EMITP).
• Compile Electromagnetic Interference Test Report (EMITR).
• Support TEMPEST control plan and test plan creation.
• Support High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) analysis.
• Perform Co-site analysis.
• Support MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461 requirements allocations.
